To anyone reading this i am 17 and yes i am a christian but for a long while i diddnt really beleive that he exsisted. Who would with some ways people talk about him. "dont worry because God loves you"WAIT UP dont get me wrong but its fine stating the love of God in church and all but im talking about people posting on the internet......... Would anyone with drug problems get help from that statement? or would an atheist take you seriously?, you may disagree with me but when someone is searching the net for answers about God the one thing they DO NOT want to hear is that god loves them, noone beleives that until they see it for themselves.
its like asking your parents why you arnt aloud to ride in the street "becuse we want the best for you and we love you"
Well thats great but it doesnt help answer the question. Its so often in churches and christian forums that they are so fixed on the easy message of the bible that when people have real problems or questions no REAL solutions or answers are found, they resort back to default "God loves you".
I know that "God loves me" so much now that sometimes i think he wishes we get off the broken track record. Yes he loves us, yes he died for us but if thats the only thing anyone can say then noone really knows him.
Hence i have started this blog for anyone tired of the usual standard christian response to anything that we all know allready for those who KNOW about the love of God about Jesus and generally needs some normal person REALISTIC talk about God and how he affects our lives. Hes huge and amazing and for someone to truly beleive he loves them they need to SEE it not hear about it. And the best way I think of showing people Gods amazing love is to give real help , advice and support for anyone who might stumble onto the net with questions about God.
Im hoping for comments otherwise this will fail compleetley and will just be yet another bible basher posting on the internet. Which is exactly what needs to be avoided. just click below to post a comment
